STEP 1

Measure

After you make your initial enquiry with us, we begin with a free, no obligation visit to your home, at a time to suit you, where we can measure your space, discuss your design ideas, and any specific requirements, products, building work or further questions.

STEP 2

Design

Next, our experienced design team will start to bring your new kitchen to life, turning your ideas into beautiful, bespoke designs. When we’re happy we’ve designed something that ticks all your boxes, we will invite you to an appointment in our showroom, at a time that suits you. At this appointment, you can visualise your dream kitchen, bedroom or home office in stunning 360° panoramic, bringing your bespoke design to life before installation. With the help of our expert design team, you can watch your space transform like never before!

At this point, you can ask us to make any changes to your design and finalise your selection of the finer details, including appliances, sinks, taps, worktops, and handles. Alternatively, you can take this initial design and quote away with you for further consideration. Any changes you decide to make will be amended accordingly on the design and resent to you via email.

STEP 3

Install

Once you’re 100% happy with both the final design and the quote provided, you can confirm your order. We will then book a time slot, suited to your availability, for your kitchen fitting to begin. Our installations tend to take one week, subject to the size and requirements of your space, and work is carried out from Monday to Friday.

If there is additional work required to get your space ready for the install, you can either organise this yourself or take advantage of our full project management. This hassle-free option sees us looking after every aspect of your new kitchen. Our local tradesmen are on hand to make sure the process is seamless and efficient, removing your existing kitchen and providing any structural, electrical, or plumbing work that you may need. We will be in touch throughout the process to arrange days and times that suit you for the work to be complete.

STEP 4

Enjoy

Our install team take great care to fit your kitchen and fixtures to the highest standard. Once complete, all you have to do is enjoy your new kitchen! Our friendly aftercare team will follow up on your project to ensure you are 100% happy with your brand-new space, and you can relax even further knowing every kitchen we plan, design, and install comes with a 10-year guarantee!
